Do you offer International delivery?
Products that I sell are for the UK, but will also be made available for anywhere in Europe. Currently, I have not set up this option in my Facebook shop or on this site. Please bear with me.

What is your returns policy?

Can I track my order?
The free delivery you get as standard is via Royal Mail 3-5 working days and does not include tracking. You would need to see individual product page to see if the option to upgrade to tracked is available.
Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. All products come with warranty of 12 Months (Unless a different length of term stated on individual product page)
What are the delivery options?
A majority of home, lifestyle and leisure products are dispatched with Royal Mail delivery service. On some occasion, for example if the product is coming directly from the Manufacturer's in Europe, it will be there relevant airmail service and then via Royal Mail.
Remember, most items I am selling will offer FREE UK DELIVERY - dispatched within 1 working day and received by yourself within 3-5 working days.
